A problem with my wife's car was diagnosed quickly. The part was OEM so they kept the car until the part came in. As it was under warranty they dealt with that side of it and it went seamlessly. I find them courteous and efficient, and whilst maybe not the cheapest you know you'll get quality service.

Put car in for aircon service. Efficient booking , polite and professional staff . Job dealt with perfectly and at a reasonable price too . No fuss would recommend.

On all occasions when I have used YSC, I have found the team to be very helpful and supportive. Communication is always very good and, whenever work is needed, the reason is clearly explained, often with supporting photographs.

Excellent customer service. Issues found were explained in a suitable manner and the cost of repair was detailed in advance, a thoroughly professional experience. Also the team working on my motor home were very knowledgeable and nice to deal with. See you next year.

Carried out 4 wheel alignment on my Type R, seem to know their stuff. Drives much better now, would use them again in the future.

Took my wife's DS3 1.2 puratec, to have it's faulty timing belt replaced. Received great service and attention to detail. With a comprehensive breakdown of the inspection and repairs carried out. It was more thorough than the main dealers who serviced the car and gave the timing belt the all clear last September 2024. With under 2000 miles covered since then!
