If your vehicle is showing signs of an underlying fault or is displaying an engine management light then our diagnostics services are the solution, we have an array of tools to hand which grants us the ability to offer advanced main dealer level guided diagnostics, our services aren't just available for conventional petrol and diesel vehicles, our technicians are IMI certified in the diagnostics, repair and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.
If your car or van has an electrical fault, the engine management light is on, symptoms of an air/boost leak or an engine performance issue our technical assessment is the first step towards the solution.
At this first stage we'll complete a technical evaluation which includes a full diagnostic fault code scan, this takes about a minute, we'll look at the serial data produced by your vehicles management systems and check for any technical service bulletins from the vehicle manufacturer, if we're able to identify the cause of the fault at this stage we'll provide you with a repair estimate.
If the fault is complex and we identify the need for further investigation, we'll create a trouble shooting plan which includes all the tests we'll need to complete and the time it will take to complete those tests in order to pin point the cause of the fault and fix the problem the first time, we'll explain the cost of these tests allowing you to make an informed decision and will not complete any further work on your vehicle without your authorisation.
Our mechanical investigation service is ideal for investigating mechanical issues of a non-electrical nature such as steering and suspension faults, braking issues and so on.
This service is priced to include up to an hour of labour which provides our technicians with enough time to complete a road test of your vehicle and carry out a safety inspection.
We may determine the issue requires more time to fully identify the cause and provide you with a solution, an example of this could be a fault with your braking system where your vehicles brake caliper needs to be stripped down so we can identify what parts are required to effect a repair, in such circumstances we'll explain these next steps and the time we need to further investigate the issue so that we can provide you with an estimate, as with all our services we will not complete any further work on your vehicle without your authorisation.

Payment Assist allows any invoice over £149 to be spread over three months with no interest, no fee and no credit check (under £1000), you just pay a 25% deposit by debit card with the next three payments taken in monthly instalments.
