Ryan is one of the owners of Ystrad Service Centre, his contribution to the business focusses primarily on day to day operations, finance and marketing. As part of his role he supports Alex in responding to customer service escalations, enquiries and generating estimates, his academic qualifications are based on both business and project management.

Callum is an owner of Ystrad Service Centre, he's a fully qualified vehicle technician, Class 4 & 7 MOT tester and has several other qualifications including IMI accreditation in the diagnostics and repair of electric and hybrid vehicles.

Callum's day to day role is focussed on MOT's, diagnostics and the overall management of the workshop and our technicians.

Antony is an owner of Ystrad Service Centre, his early career in IT and knowledge of software systems aids him well in is role within the business, Antony specialises in the provision of our diagnostics and electrical fault finding services, he has an extensive knowledge of engine management systems and is an accredited ADAS calibration specialist.

Alex's role in the business makes him a familiar face for all our customers, if you've called our office or visited us, you've likely met Alex.

He's held roles in the automotive sector for most of his career, Alex's role within the business is focussed around our customers, managing customer jobs, ordering parts, creating estimates and liaising with warranty companies.

Joining us in September 2021, Levi is an experienced technician, he was partway through his apprenticeship when he joined and completed his qualification with us. Levi has grown from strength to strength taking on more complex repairs across a wide range of makes and models and is now fully qualified in the repair and maintenance of electric and hybrid vehicles.

Kyle joins us from a franchised main dealer workshop where he's worked as a fully qualified technician and MOT tester.

He's been working as a vehicle technician for over ten years beginning his career with a local independent garage before joining a nationwide garage group where he rose to assistant manager, Kyle brings a wide range of knowledge and experience to our workshop.

Fik joined our company in 2022 and is currently working towards completing his vehicle repair and maintenance qualification supported by Coleg Gwent.

With the support of our senior Technicians and Callum, his skills and experience continue to grow and he's already proved himself quite adept at completing a variety of challenging jobs.

Winter is our newest apprentice joining us in 2023, he completed his first year as an apprentice in college fulltime but in joining our company, he's switched to a work based apprenticeship where he spends just one day a week in college. We're  looking forward to supporting Winter in his continued growth and development as he works towards becoming a fully qualified technician.
