Ryan is one of the owners of Ystrad Service Centre, his contribution to the business focusses primarily on day to day operations, finance and marketing. As part of his role he supports Alex in responding to customer service escalations, enquiries and generating estimates, his academic qualifications are based on both business and project management.

Callum is an owner of Ystrad Service Centre, he's a fully qualified vehicle technician, Class 4 & 7 MOT tester and has several other qualifications including IMI accreditation in the diagnostics and repair of electric and hybrid vehicles.

Callum's day to day role is focussed on MOT's, diagnostics and the overall management of the workshop and our technicians.

Antony is another owner of Ystrad Service Centre, his early career in IT and knowledge of software systems aids him well in is role within the business, Antony specialises in the provision of our diagnostics and electrical fault finding services, he has an extensive knowledge of engine management systems and is an accredited ADAS calibration specialist.

Sam is a fully qualified vehicle technician and one of our most experienced team members, in the last year he's become our workshop supervisor giving him a greater role in supporting the workshop and our team of technicians.

Sam's skills and breadth of experience mean there is no task that he's unable to complete, the quality of his workmanship speaks for itself. 

Alex's role in the business makes him a familiar face for all our customers, if you've called our office or visited us, you've likely met Alex.

He's held roles in the automotive sector for most of his career, Alex's role within the business is focussed around our customers, managing customer jobs, ordering parts, creating estimates and liaising with warranty companies.

Damian is our longest serving technician having joined us as an apprentice and completing his level three qualification with us.

He's a true petrol head and is our go to technician when it comes to working on high performance cars, whether it's a BMW M4 or a Nissan GT-R, Damian has the necessary skills and experience.

Joining us in September 2021, Levi is our newest fully qualified technician, he was partway through his apprenticeship when he joined and completed his qualification under the guidance of Sam and Callum. Over the last year Levi has grown from strength to strength taking on more complex repairs across a wide range of make and models, he's already proving to be an incredibly capable technician.

Fik is in his second year of employment with the company and is currently working towards completing his level 2 vehicle repair and maintenance qualification supported by Coleg Gwent.

With the support of both Sam and Callum his skills and experience continue to grow and he's already proved himself quite adept at completing a variety of challenging jobs.

Winter is the newest member of our team, he completed his first year as an apprentice in college fulltime but in joining our company, he's switched to a work based apprenticeship where he spends just one day a week in college, we're  looking forward to supporting Winter in his continued growth and development as he works towards becoming a fully qualified technician.
