We understand that an unexpected repair or maintenance bill can be a challenge but thanks to Payment Assist, you can spread the cost of any of our workshop based products and services above £149 over three months, there's no interest, no fee and no credit check*, you just pay a 25% deposit by debit card with the remaining balance spread over the next three months.
Susan has an unexpected repair bill of £400 but doesn't have available funds to cover it.
She pays just £100 today as a deposit to take out the finance plan and is soon back on the road.
Susan pays a further £100 per month for three more months and then she's all done, simple!
There genuinely isn't one, we offer Payment Assist as a great way of providing our customers greater flexibility in covering the cost of vehicle ownership, there's no interest or fees on the funds you need providing your payments are made in line with your payment plan.
If your bill is less than £1000, Payment Assist will ask you a number of questions to ensure you can afford the monthly repayments and that your debit card is registered to the address you've provided with adequate funds available to pay the deposit, no footprint is left on your credit file by either of these checks, if your bill is more than £1000 and you'd like to use Payment Assist to finance the full balance, a full credit check will be required.
There are no charges or interest providing you make your payments on time and in line with the payment plan.
Once your plan is setup, the repayment dates can be changed free of charge by contacting Payment Assist using the link further down the page.
You'll be sent an email reminder seven days before the payment is due by Payment Assist to allow you enough time to ensure funds are available on the payment date.
The repayments are collected by a recurring transaction agreement from the debit card used to pay the initial deposit, if your debit card is replaced or cancelled, you'll need to contact Payment Assist and provide updated card details, the debit card must be registered in the name and address of the person taking out the Payment Assist plan.
Payment Assist accept Visa and Mastercard debit cards from most major UK high street banks such as HSBC, Barclays and Lloyds, Payment Assist also accept cards from Monzo and Starling Bank as long as the cards are UK registered.
Payment Assist can be used to fund the purchase of any of our workshop based products or services where the total cost is above £149, this includes routine servicing, DPF cleaning and unexpected repairs.
