If your vehicle has an extended warranty and it's developed a fault, you've come to the right place, we work with most of the major warranty companies such as Warranty Wise, RAC and the AA to name a few, providing your warranty lets you choose your own repairer then we can likely help, we're VAT registered and our workshop is fully equipped to offer a wide range of diagnostic and repair services.
The first step is to book your vehicle in for one of our diagnostic services, this allows us to investigate the fault and generate an estimate that we can present to your warranty provider for authorisation, contact us if you have any questions or would like to make a booking.
The short answer is yes, you will have to agree to cover the cost of us diagnosing your vehicle and identifying what repairs are required, some warranty providers will re-imburse you for diagnostics if they authorise the repair but it wholly depends on the individual provider and your level of cover.
Yes! We're more than happy to work directly with your warranty provider to get your vehicle repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible, there are a couple of warranty providers that have unusual procedures in place whereby they'll only deal with you, the policyholder, but most warranty providers prefer speaking directly with us.
As mentioned in the first point you may have to cover the cost of diagnostics, furthermore some warranties have repair limits which means they may not cover the full labour or parts cost, if your policy has a £500 limit for example and the repair estimate is £550, you'd have to pay the £50 difference.
The key point to remember is that we won't complete any work on your vehicle without authorisation from either your warranty provider or yourself, if you are required to make a contribution towards the repair you'll know exactly what that is before work starts.
Most of the warranty providers we've dealt with are happy to pay us directly but there are a handful that will require you to settle the bill and then seek re-imbursement from them.
If your warranty provider rejects your claim we'll be in touch to provide you with the available options, if you decide not to proceed with the repair all you'll have to cover is the diagnostics cost.
